The studio that operates this website is the controller of personal information collected through this booking site. This page is a starting template the owner can edit. It is not a legal certification.
What we collect
When you book or buy a gift voucher we store your name, email, phone number if you give one, appointment details, and any notes you add. Staff may add private notes in the studio admin. We keep booking and voucher records so we can run the studio and handle your request.
Payments
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We store payment status and a payment reference. We do not store full card numbers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technology for language preference, security checks (captcha), payment scripts, and fonts. We do not add marketing pixels.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. The studio can export or erase your record from the admin client profile.
